The general objective of the conference is to bring together scientists from academia and industry to discuss the future of food production, development of new products and processes and new research opportunities to ensure global food and nutrition security.

The conference focuses on Orphan Crops, Functional Food and Innovative Food Sources and Production Systems. We aim to provide an opportunity for a lively exchange among all stakeholders in the Food Security field.
